The trend to Big Brother in health care

Jim Burns sent this story from The New York Times Sunday, about companies going to the ground re: health care. There is a growing trend to force people who are overweight, with high blood pressure, other bad numbers, etc., to pay more in health care insurance.

Clarian is mentioned prominently in the AP story. However, nobody seems to have picked up yet on the fact that Clarian is only targeting its inner city operations.
